Spring Hill which is located in Hernando County is surrounded by Brooksvile to its east and north and Weeki Wachee to the west.   It is comprised of homes that were built in the 1970s and also has newer homes.  The prices have dropped dramatically in the last two years and this is the time to get a great home at probalby the lowest prices you will see.
